Zebras are supposedly cousins of Horses, unfortunately, a bunch of us have never seen Zebras unless in a zoo, which we had to pay an amount of money to enter, and yet, quite a number of us have ignored their other cousin, the Zebra crossing.<img src="https://letcheck.b-cdn.net/2338/clmqf2pzf007mub9n617m21jo.jpg">The Zebra crossing is characteristically called that due to the stripe marking being similar to that of a zebra. The Zebra crossing applies to both Pedestrians and Motorists but gives pedestrians more authority than motorists, Although some Zebra crossings in some parts of the world come with a traffic light for both pedestrians and motorists to be sure of the actions they should take.Here are some few Do’s and Don’ts for Pedestrians and motorists to be observed at a Zebra crossing:Pedestrians: <ul><li>Wait until Traffic is clear before crossing</li><li>Obey pedestrian traffic lights available at Zebra&nbsp;Crossings</li></ul>Motorists: <ul><li>Always slow down when approaching a zebra crossing</li><li>Obey traffic lights located close to a pedestrian crossing</li></ul>
